Allgreen Properties Limited (Allgreen), the developer of Royalgreen, is a Singapore real estate arm under The Kuok Group. Allgreen was founded in 1986 and subsequently listed in May 1999 on Singapore Exchange (SGX. The Kuok Group had owned majority shares in Allgreen. It was de listed in 2011 due to mandatory acquisition.

Presently, Allgreen is considered one of the biggest property development groups in Singapore, with their resounding reputation for its quality works and strong track record of good take-up rate for each of its residential projects. By Dec 2014, the Allgreen group oversaw 13 associated companies and 35 subsidiaries in total.

Even though Allgreen was incorporated in 1986, their property-related business’s history and track record can be tracked back when it was initially started as a division of Kuok (Singapore) Limited in early 1980s.

In Singapore alone, it has properties that consists of residential, commercial, service apartments, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore, a largely diversified portfolio.

Allgreen’s portfolio of residential developments are both freehold and 99-years leasehold. It purchases land either from collective sales or Government Land Sales to consistently maintain sufficient amount of landbank.

In the People’s Republic of China, Allgreen’s clear strategy is participating in multiple joint ventures with strategic partners in developing mixed projects in city such as Shanghai, Shenyang, Tangshan, Tianjin and Chengdu. These projects include a mix of residential, service apartments, retail, offices and hotels. In order to expand regionally, Allgreen also acquire prime site in Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau City, a residential and mixed developments sites respectively. Being one of the largest property developer in Singapore, Allgreen has good balanced of quality residential and commercial developments that can satisfied the needs and budgets from large spectrum of home purchasers.

In terms of investment property portfolio in Singapore, Tanglin Place, Tanglin Mall and Great World City are under the ownership of Allgreen. Great World City is a wholly-owned flagship integrated development by Allgreen, that consists of retail mall, office towers and one of Singapore’s largest serviced apartment, Great World Serviced Apartments.
